St. Petersburg Special Palaces Tour
In St. Petersburg, there are many places of great historical, artistic interest and much more with Saint Petersburg Special Palaces Tour we want to add a special part and it is the palaces that are not included in the standard tours. It was built between 1819 and 1825 and has not been inaugurated (part of the Palace) as a Museum until 1985 as a State Museum of Fine Arts. It currently contains more than 400 thousand works covering all historical periods and trends in the development of Russian art, its types, genres, currents and main schools for a period of more than 1000 years: from the 10th to the 21st century.
Built in 1770 according to some historians, it was the official residence of the powerful Yusupov family. This palace is famous for being the place where Grigory Rasputin was murdered. In this same place are exposed some curiosities related to Rasputin, but also of House Yusupov. Before the Bolshevik revolution, the palace contained more than 40 thousand works of art from different origins, Rembrandt among others, all the works were distributed in other Museums as the Hermitage.
In addition to these palace and Museums, are also visit Museum of the Navy, Palace Shuvalosky museum FABERGE, Teatro Marinsky view and more sites depending on the variant that is applied according to the days that each group has available in St. Petersburg.
